Hayden started his insurance career in 2014 as an intern in the DRIVE program for a branch of a local insurance company. Through the internship, he gained experience rating vehicles and handling paperwork to register vehicles. He then went on to work at another company, where he specialized in claim management of all types of policies. His move to HCC in 2019 assisted in rounding off his knowledge to cover many aspects of insurance. Hayden has his Associate’s Degree in Business and holds his Property & Casualty license. In his off time, Hayden enjoys woodworking, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his soon-to-be wife and his two cats. Hayden earned his Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation in 2023.
